We were learning to give yourself permission to receive self-love after 2020 and January’s heavy energy. We needed to slow down and reevaluate our situations.
It was preparing ourselves to know ourselves and gather energies to transcend beyond our challenges and comfort zones. To prepare for the bigger changes.
Ask yourself -What were you manifesting in February? The Universe is here to deliver – perhaps you asked for more visibility and now this energy is here to push you past your fears. So finding ways to heal those fears or mindset shifts so you can take action and don’t resist these changes.

Tip 1: Trust in the Unknown
- In this energy of transformation if you feel loneliness – trust you’ll be able to really realize that your spirit family, teachers and guides that are with you and you are never alone.
- How to connect to your divine guides. A simple thing is by being in nature.
Walking meditation in nature helps to stay grounded and feel the support under your feet. It’s called earthing. - Weather permitting, try barefoot walking on sand or sandy oceanfront.
Tip 2: Self-Care & Self-Love
- The rebirthing/transformation process is a delicate time. Being mindful of your well-being and needs is key. You are planting new seeds of transition to something new. Nurture yourself with what uplifts your spirit.
- Bring nature into your workspace or create a sacred zen space within.
- Declutter – activate your senses with candles, fresh flowers.
