In today’s world, apps have been amazing for keeping coaches efficient and able to create content for their brands. Now that coaching is going virtual, it’s extra important to have the tech you need to support your business and clients.

App

Below is a list of a few of the apps that have positively impacted my coaching business. Whether it’s networking, systems, or content creation, they help to put my coaching business out in a better light, right from the palm of my hand.

Here are some of the apps that I use in my coaching business:

This app helps me to create video business cards, welcome messages, and emails. These are great content to have when building the customized feel in your business. These videos can be listened to while the client or lead is on the go or too busy to read your message. These videos can be integrated into websites, chats, and much more.

Apps

This app helps you create graphics content and much more. Anything you use for branding, you can use Canva to create. If you start the project on the computer, you can finish it on the app and vise versa. You can design and present presentations from Canva. Now there is a content scheduler so you can plan your content ahead of time.
This app is great for networking and presenting off-camera. You can create topic rooms and clubs for your business that people can join. If you are trying to build a tribe for your business or brand, this is the place. It is also connected to Instagram and Twitter for direct communication with leads and people you want to network with outside of the rooms. It can truly grow your Instagram and Twitter so make sure your content is timely on those platforms before you connect them to the platform.
This app now has video introductions, voice recording so people can hear how to say your name correctly, and creator mode. Creator mode has many different features to help you customize your page. You can also apply for LinkedIn Live so you can do interviews and podcasts from your Personal and Business pages if you meet the criteria. You can use StreamYard to go live on LinkedIn and other platforms at the same time for an added bonus. You can put out a weekly newsletter so people can subscribe and much more. This is a great app to have when growing and creating content for your business.
This app is great for creating and shortening web links. You can customize the names so that it is easier for people to type and remember. Having this app on your phone or tablet makes it easy for you to put up a link at a moment’s notice.
This app is more than just for searching. It can manage your account and it can use voice assistance to help you navigate the app. There is also a camera icon in the search bar called Google Lens. It can be used to copy words on pdfs and pictures and turn them into text. It can be added to your notes app or Google Docs for further use.

This app is great for linking your business Facebook and Instagram accounts together. This is where you can keep track of analytics, posts, e-commerce, and much more. You can schedule posts and stories for Facebook and Instagram on the app. You can create events and appointments in the app. The best part is you can manage all your business accounts from the app.

digitization

These are just some of the apps I use on a daily basis. Each app has its purpose and helps with the efficiency and content creation of my business. Find the ones that work for you and set up your business to use them effectively. You never know how the apps will help your business until you try them out. The possibilities are endless, so make them great!
