I totally PROCRASTINATED on knowing my numbers in my coaching business… for YEARS. I’m sure this was self sabotage. Me keeping me safe from having to experience too much of that scary word – SUCCESS.
Fortunately, I overcame that block (which is another story and has a lot to do with self love and actually believing that I’m enough).
I’ll confess, getting on top of my numbers wasn’t fun or easy. But I did it!
It feels FANTASTIC to have the numbers I need at the click of a button (as opposed to spending hours pulling a report together). Now that I know my numbers I really can make better business decisions – objective ones, based on facts while still from the heart and in alignment with my intuition and highest intentions for myself and my business. My numbers are powerful allies.
Business Numbers are Empowering
There is something SUPER empowering about knowing your numbers in your coaching business because numbers don’t fool around and they don’t lie.
It’s helpful to have that black and white snapshot and reality check. They tell you, objectively, if your business is successful or not.
If you earn more than you spend you are off to a profitable start! Making more profit is a game and numbers are the players.
