reaching out

Every end of year gives the opportunity for a mini-rebirth, but the 2021/2022 transition feels like a Super-Duper Overhaul!

Have you also been feeling the call for a major reinvention of self right now?

Fortunately, December is the perfect month to reflect, review and tie up loose ends, and also to start thinking about how you’d like to evolve and show up in the next 12-month cycle.

In this month’s letter, I take some time to reflect on what I’m letting go of and giving thanks for in 2021 as well as what I’m calling in for 2022.

I hope you’ll join in with your story in the comments. I’d love to engage with your experience of 2021 and plans for 2022. xox

Letting Go

Now is the time to let go of people, projects, beliefs and other things that no longer serve your highest good.

I am letting go of A LOT right now! It feels as if a 10-year cycle is coming to a close and a brand new one is beginning. I’m transitioning in business, and certainly in my behaviour patterns. I’ve been doing some incredibly powerful Past Life Regression work with Marita Mason (who I hope to interview in my Tools for Transformation column in 2022!). She’s helping me break through some major patterns I’ve been repeating in this lifetime, and carrying for many lifetimes.

Many of my community of friends and peers in the healing and transformation space are also shedding so much right now.

I wonder if this resonates with you? Are you letting go too? If so, what are you letting go of this year, as you prepare for the New Year?

Giving Thanks

I love ending the year by summarizing the main things I’m grateful for in this phase of time. The reflection gives meaning to the year and fills my body with the very peaceful and attractive vibration of gratitude.

For me personally, after the deep introspection and coming to terms with what really matters in 2020 (Thanks to Covid), I’m grateful that 2021 has been a year of actively honouring those parts of life that have bubbled to the surface as the most important to me, like; being the love centre of my little family, connecting with my amazing goddess girlfriends, engaging in the inspiring and wise community of coaches and healers that I get to play in every day, and also honoring my creative side expressed in writing and dancing, and something that’s really shone this year – my beautiful sexuality.

Thank you 2021 for being a time of immense joy and fun. This was a year that felt like I finally came home to myself.

Thank you also for the fear of stepping into this new way of being brought up for me. Having the courage to step into joy, despite the fear, showed me that I now have the skills and grace to face it! It was so empowering to experience myself this year in positive action and deep nurturing self-love, despite adversity.

Heaven on Earth is a choice that we make in every NOW moment.

How was 2021 for you? What are you giving thanks for this year?

Fingers crossed

Calling in

So much is possible and waiting to be called into being right now – like finally embracing your inner writer and joining our amazing community of authors! 😉

I’m calling in the space, funds, and bountiful energy to immerse myself in learning and retraining. Also, lots of love, support and laughter with my family and tons of PLAY!

How about you? What experiences will bring you the highest, most clear vibration of yourself? What does your heart most desire in 2022?
