How easy it is, during challenging times – such as what we are facing with COVID-19 – to shrink, to withdraw, to hide away saying “Next year is my year”?
Yes, your business may have taken a massive hit in recent times and you may have asked yourself “Should I just go and get a job rather than follow this crazy dream?”

This IS your time to shine: to share your purpose, your passion, your gift, your magic, your music within. We need you. The world needs you. People need you as their guide. When you follow your heart, your passions, and you are in alignment with your true essence, you are supported. The universe has your back.
What are you focusing on?
They say the Universe is watching us, giving back to us what we focus on. Are you in fear, are you in lack? Or are you taking stock of all the great things that you have in your life and the abundance that is all around you… the water we drink, the roof over our heads, the family and friends we have, the access to resources to help support your business growth like never before? You know as a Coach that you manifest more clients when you come from a place of abundance rather than lack so making a practice of focusing on what you can be grateful for is super powerful.
Notice what lights you up.
Don’t shrink, don’t shy away from what you love to do – your passions. And if it’s coaching that you love to do and you love helping people, then just do that without any attachment to the money. You can still coach and help people even if you have a job (as a side hustle) by making people‘s day, making someone smile in the office or at the coffee shop. By sending a heartfelt message to a valued friend, by showing love, by being in nature, taking a walk admiring the trees, a swim in the ocean… whatever it is for you that helps you feel connected to your passions and your purpose, to feel creative and inspired.
So time to shine baby, shine!

Here’s an exercise that will help you realign with your purpose. Write down your answers and really lean in to these quality questions.
- What is holding you back from showing up right now?
- What would I say to a friend or client if I asked them the above question and they answered how I answered above?
- What would need to happen in order for me to build my coaching business?
- What is one step I can take today towards growing my business?
Let me ask you this – who are you to not show up? There are people out there who need you, who need what you offer. There are experiences that only you have had and a perspective that is unique to you. There are literally clients out there waiting to benefit from the teachings you have to offer.
